Great piece! From reading 'The Perfectionist's guide to losing control,' I've learned that reframing the negatives you think of yourself is key to feeling better about the connections you make.
I think introverts tend to be the most self-critical, because we want our best selves to be seen despite the difficulty showing it.
I'm definitely gonna use the "That can happen" phrase when failure strikes. It's a good one!
