This ought to be called the corporate wall!

I'd felt better about my "downgrade" job if the prespective was framed around the climbing wall. I had someone of a higher calliber tell me making such a move wasn't a good choice, but I needed it for my peace of mind. Thanks to that, I am now in a role with upward learning opportunities.
